Cheese is one of the most versatile ingredients present in various cuisines, in different countries.
Aside from its high nutrient content, cheese has a distinct flavor that blends well with different ingredients--from meat to fish, asparagus to rice, and many more.
This increases its appeal to a diverse range of palates, including the choosiest of children.
Cheesy food have always been a staple in children's lunchboxes. While kids may grow older, their strong affinity with cheese often remains.
To help moms keep food interesting for children, Cheez Whiz launched the "Cheeseventors Club promo" which aims to showcase the many ways moms and their kids can creatively use cheese.
"When we say creativity, usually we think of arts and crafts, but even in things closest to us like eating merienda, we can still inspire kids to be creative with it," said Rachelle Virata, Cheez Whiz Philippines brand manager.
The "Cheeseventors Club promo" runs from April 15 to October 15, 2018, and is open to all Filipino citizens who are at least 18 years old and above, targeting youngsters and adults who grew up eating cheese spreads.
Participants must upload a photo of their own Cheesevention using Cheez Whiz and its corresponding title and recipe, as well as their names and contact details via the microsite cheeseventions.com. Recipes must be for snack time or merienda.
There will be 6 monthly winners of 10,000. They will also be featured on the Cheez Whiz microsite and Facebook page, as well as receive a Mondelēz gift pack.
